The JLT Advice Centre has opened its doors to business.  This is an exciting development to JLT and a flexible approach to financial planning for our clients. The Advice Centre is a telephone based service, dealing with both existing and new clients to JLT, over the telephone, with client satisfaction continuing to be at the core of our business. All Advice Centre financial planners are Diploma qualified as a minimum and many are working towards gaining Chartered status.  This standard of excellence is extended throughout our support team.

Clients can expect the same high standard of financial advice based upon the whole of the market, as our clients receive when dealing with our Regional Wealth Management colleagues. Advice Centre clients will continue to benefit from a dedicated adviser relationship, supporting, communicating and advising them on every aspect of their financial needs, delivering innovative services cost effectively.

We continue to support the ethos that financial planning is most effective when carried out as a total package but recognise that there are times when the demands and pressure of life dictate the need for an ad hoc advice service. Our tailored approach to client's individual requirements is designed to complement the demands of contemporary life and we pride ourselves on engaging and understanding our client's financial needs, simplifying the complex nature of financial  planning, keeping abreast of ever changing legislation and imparting our knowledge to our clients.

Our financial planners will work with you on a one to one basis to understand your financial goals, recognise life milestones, assess your needs, and present to you a level of service commensurate to your requirements.  To ensure that we always meet your needs, flexibility is key and therefore it is important that where appropriate, more complex cases or indeed a simple desire for face to face consultation are accommodated and here we have the benefit of introducing clients to financial planners in our regional offices.
